researches economic inequities affecting Latino workers and families and advocates for policies that address them: fair wages, paid leave, workforce development investment, and access to capital for Latino-owned businesses.<\/p><p>LPI was part of the coalition that expanded paid family leave in Rhode Island this year, a direct benefit to the Latino workers who disproportionately work in jobs that
